All shipping is standard ground. Pricing may vary depending on location. Shipping is determined at checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
Our goal is to resolve whatever issue may arise with 100% customer satisfaction. We appreciate your understanding & patience as we take the necessary step.

At Rose Marie Boxes, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not thoroughly satisfied with your product, we want to find a solution for you.

Except for any products designated on the Site as non-returnable, We will accept a return of the products for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within 30 days of the date of purchase with valid proof of purchase and provided such products are returned in their original condition.

To return products, you must email our Returns Department at contact@rosemariebox.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number before shipping your product. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment.

Refunds are processed within approximately ten (10) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site. WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.
Please Email us at Contact@Rosemariebox.com with your order number, A proof of purchase, and explanation of the issue. We do ask for proof of purchase and for the return to occur within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Any return attempt outside the 30 day window will no longer be valid. If there are any Damages to the product upon returning, the refund will no longer be valid.

Proof of purchase can take the form of a receipt (paper or electronic) or a bank statement, or if your purchase was recorded on your rose marie customer profile with an order number that can be found in our system.

How long does it take to ship?​
Typically, orders take 2-3 days to process with 4-7 days to ship via standard ground shipping, depending on your ship to location

Can I get expedited Shipping?​

- If you select one of our expedited shipping options, we will fulfill orders placed before 10pm EST the same business day, otherwise they will be fulfilled the next business day.
- Expedited shipping costs will vary depending on the weight and size of the box you choose. Another factor is the distance to your final destination. Upon checkout, you’ll be able to see the pricing options.
Can I Track my Shipping?​
Yes. Once you place your order online, you will receive an order confirmation emailed to your address which will include a tracking number. If you do not see a tracking number right away, it may just need to be processed so hold tight. Otherwise, feel free to contact us and we will be sure to send you the information.

What Payment Methods do you accept?​

Can I have a PErsonalized Note in a Gift BOx?
Yes. Thoughtfulness is what we are all about.
It's super easy. In the checkout section, mark the option that says gift. Then fill out the text field for the message you want to share. This will always be kept private.
DO you Ship Overseas?
We currently are not shipping overseas.

WHat if it's a Gift?
Gifting is the heartbeat of this company. So, we only send you, on the ordering end the receipt, trackinig number, and emails. If you want to share that information you may, but the details will be kept quite on our end.

Shipments; Delivery; Title and Risk of Loss.
We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Delivery options will appear on the checkout page. You will pay all shipping and handling charges unless otherwise specified in the order confirmation.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the shipping carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipment.
